Terms

Terms of use and of service.

Last updated: 02 September 2026

These terms govern use of thinkbigmarketing.pro and, where an engagement letter is signed, the professional marketing and brand-strategy services supplied by Think Big Marketing Pte. Ltd. from Singapore. The organisation’s address is 77 Robinson Road, #32-05, Singapore 068896. Telephone +65 6417 9260. Email hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro. Singapore law applies. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek interim relief in another forum if needed to protect the studio’s intellectual property.

1. The website

The public pages are an introduction to the studio. They describe capabilities and engagement models. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance at a stated price. No public price list is published. A contract for professional work is formed only when both sides sign an engagement letter or we confirm in writing that we will begin a named track.

You may view, print and store pages for personal or internal business reading. You may not scrape the site in bulk, copy the design system as a competing template, or present our copy as your own. Trade marks and the TB monogram remain ours. Photographs are used under licence; they are not a stock grant to visitors.

2. Scope of professional services

Think Big Marketing Pte. Ltd. provides professional marketing and brand-strategy services from Singapore. The work may include a positioning framework, brand narrative, message hierarchy, campaign architecture, channel mix, creative direction, story arc, audience segmentation, editorial calendar, brand system, launch plan, and integrated communications. Engagement models include a brand strategy sprint, a campaign architecture project, a launch plan partnership, a marketing retainer, creative direction advisory, and an audience and message diagnostic.

Services are professional advisory and production direction. They are not an investment product, not financial advice, not a media-buying marketplace, and not a software licence. We do not sell courses from this site. We do not take custody of advertising accounts unless a later written instrument says so. Platform names, if they appear in a proposal, appear as genuine working surfaces for a campaign, not as a claim about any advertising network’s approval programmes.

3. Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for marketing decisions, including whether to publish, spend, or pause. You will supply accurate briefing materials, named reviewers, and timely comments. You will ensure you have the right to share third-party materials with us. You will not ask us to copy another organisation’s protected work. Approvals given in writing (including email) authorise the next step.

If legal, regulatory or industry rules apply to your category in Singapore or in another market, you are responsible for obtaining the advice you need. We may pause work if a brief would require us to make a statement we cannot stand behind as craft, and we will say so plainly.

4. Engagement process

A typical path is enquiry, conversation, written proposal, engagement letter, discovery, then the named track. Working cadence is agreed in SGT. Deliverables are described as documents, workshops, or direction notes — not as guaranteed market outcomes. Change of scope is written before extra work begins. Either side may end an engagement as the letter provides; unpaid fees for work already done remain due.

Subcontractors, if used, remain under our coordination and under confidentiality at least as tight as our own. We do not list public prices here; fees, if any, appear only in the proposal or letter.

5. Intellectual property

Until fees for a deliverable are paid, that deliverable remains our intellectual property. On payment, you receive a licence to use the final approved materials for the organisation named in the letter, in the territories and media listed. Underlying methods, frameworks, and unused concepts remain ours. Third-party fonts, photographs and software keep their own licences. We may show anonymised process notes in our studio conversation unless the letter forbids it; we will not pair a named client with a numeric result on this site.

6. Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, using it only to perform or receive the services, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required by law to be disclosed. We will take reasonable care of files you send. You should not send secrets through the public contact form.

7. Disclaimer of marketing outcomes

Engagements cover marketing and communications craft: brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning. The intended result is clearer positioning and more coherent campaigns. Specific lead volumes, sales outcomes, rankings, follower growth or advertising performance are outside the scope of what we can promise. The client retains responsibility for marketing decisions. The relationship is a professional services engagement, not an investment product and not financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent Singapore law allows, our aggregate liability arising from website use or from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, or, for website-only claims, to one thousand Singapore dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The website is provided as seen. We aim for availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Third-party embeds (including Google Maps) are outside our control once loaded.

9. Acceptable use of the site

You will not attack, overload, or probe the site without written permission. You will not use the form to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. You will not impersonate another person. We may block addresses that abuse the rate limit or fill the honeypot as a nuisance. These measures protect the inbox at hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. Cookies and vendors, including Google Maps, are described in the cookies notice. Submitting the form with consent is an instruction to use those details to reply.

Files, reviews and delays

You will receive working files in ordinary professional formats unless the engagement letter names another stack. Review rounds are finite; extra rounds after the agreed close are a change of scope. If you delay comments beyond the dated cadence, the studio may shift later milestones by the same number of business days, counted in SGT. Force majeure, including city-wide disruptions in Singapore, pauses the clock without penalty to either side for the duration of the disruption. We keep notes of decisions so the story arc does not have to be rediscovered after a pause.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the publication date of the current text. For an active engagement, the letter controls if it conflicts with the website terms, except that this disclaimer of specific marketing outcomes still applies unless a letter expressly accepts a different allocation of responsibility — which this studio does not offer as a public promise.
