How we handle personal data.

Last updated: 02 September 2026

Think Big Marketing Pte. Ltd. (“the organisation”, “the studio”, “we”) is a professional marketing studio at 77 Robinson Road, #32-05, Singapore 068896. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal data in connection with thinkbigmarketing.pro and with enquiries made by telephone or email. We write in Singapore English. We aim to meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the guidance of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

This notice covers visitors to the website, people who send the contact form, and people who telephone +65 6417 9260 or email hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro. It does not replace an engagement letter once professional work begins; that letter may add project-specific processing. It is not legal advice to you.

1. Who we are

The organisation responsible for personal data on this site is Think Big Marketing Pte. Ltd. You can write to the studio at the Robinson Road address, call the published number, or email privacy@thinkbigmarketing.pro. We do not operate a shared external inbox for public enquiries. Contact-form submissions are addressed to hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro, which is the same address shown in the footer of every page.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT (Asia/Singapore). Access and correction requests received outside those hours are handled on the next business day.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and to answer you. From the contact form we collect your name, email address, message, and a record that you ticked the PDPA consent box. A hidden honeypot field may be present to discourage automated posts; we do not use that field as a source of your details. If you write or telephone instead of using the form, we collect the details you choose to give: typically a name, a return number or email, and the substance of the enquiry.

Technical data may include internet protocol address, browser type, referring page, date and time of the request, and standard server-log fields. We do not ask for national identification numbers, payment card numbers, or health data on this website. Please do not put such details in the message box. If a message accidentally contains them, we will delete them when we notice, unless we must keep a copy for a legal obligation.

If you later become a client, we may collect further business contact details, briefing materials, and correspondence needed to deliver brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning. Those records sit in the engagement file and are described in the engagement letter.

3. Contact-form submissions

The form on contact.php posts to send.php on this domain. Required fields are name, email, message, and consent. Consent is not pre-ticked. If the fields validate, we attempt to send an email to hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro with your name, email, message, and a timestamp in Asia/Singapore. The From address is a mailbox on this domain. The Reply-To address is the email you typed, so we can answer you directly.

Mail is best-effort. A successful screen on contact.php means we have accepted a complete form. It does not, by itself, prove that a mailbox on the internet has delivered every packet. We log technical problems on the server. We do not display mail-system language to visitors. Rate limits exist to reduce abuse: a small number of complete submissions per five minutes from the same address. Automated posts that fill the honeypot are treated as complete for the visitor’s screen and are not forwarded as a genuine enquiry.

4. Purposes

We use personal data to: (a) answer enquiries about our professional marketing and communications services; (b) arrange calls or meetings at the Robinson Road studio; (c) send a proposal or an engagement letter if you ask for one; (d) keep the website secure and diagnose faults; (e) remember cookie choices for six months when you use the banner; (f) comply with law, including accounting and dispute records once an engagement exists. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the contact form as a newsletter sign-up. We do not build advertising audiences from form fields.

If you become a client, we use contact details to deliver the work: positioning framework discussions, campaign architecture reviews, creative direction notes, and administrative messages about cadence and files. Those purposes are professional services, not marketing to a purchased list.

5. Consent and other bases under the PDPA

For the contact form we ask for consent before we use your details to reply. You give consent by ticking the box labelled for that purpose. You may refuse; we will not treat an unticked box as a yes. You may withdraw consent by writing to privacy@thinkbigmarketing.pro. Withdrawal does not affect messages already sent in good faith, and it may mean we cannot continue an email thread.

We may also handle personal data where the PDPA permits use without consent, including where the data is publicly available from you in a business context, where use is necessary for a legal obligation, or where use is necessary to manage an existing relationship you have asked us to enter. We rely on those bases sparingly and in line with PDPC guidance. Server logs used for security are a limited, reasonable use to keep the site available.

6. Retention

Enquiry records from the form, email and telephone are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner and no legal hold applies. If an engagement begins, correspondence moves into the client file and follows the retention in the engagement letter — typically the life of the work plus a period needed for professional records. Server logs are kept for a shorter diagnostic window, usually under ninety days, unless an incident requires a longer look. Cookie-preference storage in your browser is designed for six months, after which the banner may appear again.

When retention ends we delete or irreversibly anonymise the record. Backups expire on the host’s rotation. Paper notes from a studio meeting, if any, are shredded when they are no longer needed for the work.

7. Access and correction

You may request access to personal data we hold about you, and you may request correction of data that is inaccurate. Write to privacy@thinkbigmarketing.pro from an address we can reasonably link to the request, or send a letter to the Robinson Road address. We may need to verify identity. We aim to respond within the periods expected under the PDPA. There is usually no fee for a straightforward request. We may refuse in the limited cases the PDPA allows, and we will explain if we do.

If you believe we have not handled a request properly, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore. The PDPC publishes guidance for individuals and organisations at pdpc.gov.sg. We would rather settle a concern directly first.

8. Cookies

The site uses a small set of cookies and similar storage, described in detail on the cookies page. Necessary storage runs the banner choice and basic site function. Optional storage relates to the Google Maps embed on the contact page and to font files from Google Fonts. The banner offers Accept all, Reject all, and Customise. Your choice is stored for six months. The banner is not a lead-capture form and is not attached to a newsletter.

9. Google Maps embed

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed showing a pin at 77 Robinson Road, #32-05, Singapore 068896. When the map loads, Google may collect technical data such as IP address, browser details, and interaction with the map, under Google’s own privacy terms. That collection happens on Google’s systems. We embed the map so visitors can find the studio. We do not receive a copy of Google’s advertising profile about you. If you reject optional cookies, you can still reach us by address, telephone and email; the map is a convenience, not a condition of contact. Please read Google’s privacy documentation if you want detail on that vendor’s processing.

10. Fonts and other third parties

We load display and body type from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). The request for a font file may expose your IP address to Google. Hosting providers process server logs. Email delivery, when mail() is used, may pass through the host’s mail transfer agent. We do not place marketing pixels from social networks on these pages. We do not run a third-party chat widget.

11. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on the hosting account, and least-privilege mailboxes. The form checks origin headers in a soft way, limits submission rate, and ignores honeypot posts. No website is perfectly safe. You should not send secrets through the public form. If we become aware of a notifiable data breach, we will follow PDPA breach-notification duties, including informing affected individuals and the PDPC where required.

12. Transfers

The studio is in Singapore. Hosting and font or map vendors may process data in other countries. Where a transfer occurs, we look for organisations that publish safeguards consistent with the PDPA’s transfer rules, including contractual protection where appropriate. Google’s services may process data outside Singapore under Google’s terms.

13. Children

This site describes professional marketing services for organisations. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen through the form. If you believe a child has sent us details, write to privacy@thinkbigmarketing.pro and we will delete the record.

14. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you from this website. Rate-limiting is a technical control, not a profile of you as a person.

15. Change-log

02 September 2026 — first publication of this notice for thinkbigmarketing.pro, covering the contact form to hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro, telephone and email enquiries, cookies, Google Maps, Google Fonts, PDPA access and correction, and PDPC reference. Later changes will be dated here and the “Last updated” line will move. Material changes to purposes or vendors will be described in plain language.
