Think Big Marketing is a Singapore marketing studio. Services below are processes — how we build brand strategy and campaign craft for the city-state market and for APAC campaigns that need a Singapore centre. Formats (retainer, project, sprint, advisory) are named on the engagements page. No public prices.

01

Positioning framework

A written map of category, distinctiveness and proof. We name what the organisation stands for, what it will not claim, and where it sits against familiar alternatives in the CBD and the wider region. The framework is short enough to remember. Brand made by hand starts here.

02

Brand narrative

The story the organisation tells when the slides are closed. We write a brand narrative that a founder can speak in a room on Robinson Road and that a regional office can repeat without rewriting. Tone is plain. Claims carry proof.

03

Campaign architecture

The structure of a campaign before production. Sequence, audiences, offers of proof, and the relationship between brand idea and execution. Campaign architecture is the press mark: you can see the impression before the ink dries.

04

Channel mix

Owned, earned and paid surfaces chosen for the work, not for fashion. We set a channel mix that the team can staff. Singapore corporates often need fewer channels, held with more care. Regional scale-ups may need an APAC overlay. We say which, and why.

05

Creative direction

Visual and verbal decisions recorded so production does not reinvent the brand each week. Type, image, colour, line length, forbidden phrases. Creative direction is a letter of instructions, not a pile of references.

06

Audience segmentation

Who the work is for, in language the organisation already uses. We segment by job, context and job-to-be-done in the city-state market — not by invented personas with hobbies. The output is a short map tied to message hierarchy.

07

Editorial calendar

A working calendar that protects the story arc. Themes, owners, freeze dates, SGT working hours. An editorial calendar is a kindness to the people who have to write on Tuesday morning.

08

Brand system

The rules that keep a brand looking and sounding like itself. Logo use, type pairing, colour, photography, and the verbal print mark. A brand system is used; it is not a PDF that sleeps in a folder.

09

Launch plan

Go-to-market narrative and sequence for a product or service moment. Internal first, then public. A launch plan names who speaks, when, and on which channel. Think big — plan careful.

10

Integrated communications

One idea, many surfaces. Site, deck, event, email, paid and owned. Integrated communications is the discipline of not inventing a second brand because a new channel appeared. Shipped, not shouted.

Message hierarchy is a kindness. Put the proof under the claim, then stop talking.

How the work looks

Walls, then files.

We pin the positioning framework where people can walk up to it. Strategy lives on a wall before it lives in a deck. That is how a professional services studio in the Tanjong Pagar corridor keeps the work honest. Singapore marketing studio hours; APAC campaigns when the brief needs them.

Engagement models wrap these capabilities. A sprint may hold positioning and narrative. A project may hold campaign architecture and channel mix. A retainer may hold the editorial calendar. Choose the container on the engagements page.

Critique

Marks on the page.

Creative direction is a conversation with a pencil. We sit with the work, we mark it, we send it back. The print mark is visible: a tighter line, a clearer hierarchy, a channel mix that the team can actually run. Bring a draft. We will make it stand.

The studio offers professional marketing and communications — brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning. The work is built so positioning is clearer and campaigns hold together. We do not undertake to deliver set lead volumes, sales outcomes, rankings, follower growth or advertising performance. Decisions about the market remain the client's. An engagement with us is a professional services relationship, not an investment product and not financial advice.
