How is a marketing engagement structured at Think Big Marketing?

We open with discovery: interviews, current materials, and a plain account of the decision you need to make. Next comes a positioning framework — category, claim, proof — then campaign architecture that sequences the story arc across a chosen channel mix. Creative direction is recorded so production can follow. Working cadence is agreed in SGT: a kickoff, named review points, and a written close. Engagement models (sprint, project, partnership, retainer, advisory, diagnostic) are the containers; the work inside them is the same craft. You leave with documents the organisation can run, not a performance.

What does a typical working cadence look like?

Sprints run on a defined window with two or three working sessions. Campaign architecture projects have a kickoff, a midpoint review and a close. Launch plan partnerships follow a dated sequence. Marketing retainers use a monthly agenda issued in SGT working hours. Creative direction advisory is booked in blocks. We confirm dates in writing so the city-state market calendar — public holidays included — is visible to both sides. If a session needs to move, we move the print mark with it: notes, owners, next date.

Who does the studio work with?

Founders, marketing leads and brand managers in Singapore, and regional scale-ups who want a Singapore marketing studio as the centre for APAC campaigns. Singapore corporates come when they need a professional services studio rather than a large internal bench. We are a good fit when the brief is brand narrative, message hierarchy, or a launch plan — less so when the request is a media-buying desk or a software licence. The Robinson Road / Tanjong Pagar corridor is where we sit; the work may travel.

How are campaigns scoped?

We scope by decision and by surface. Which positioning framework must be settled. Which audience segmentation is in play. Which channel mix the team can actually staff. Which editorial calendar dates are real. Scope is written before production begins. If the brief grows — a second market, a new product line — we name a new engagement track rather than stretching the first one in silence. Brand system and integrated communications are listed as capabilities so you can see what is in and what waits.

How do you handle personal data from the form, email and phone?

The contact form posts to our own handler and the message is sent to hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro — the same address shown in the footer. We use name, email and message to reply. The PDPA consent box is not pre-ticked; we need a clear yes. Email and telephone enquiries are stored with the same care and the same purpose: to answer you. You may ask for access or correction via privacy@thinkbigmarketing.pro. Retention, cookies and the Google Maps embed are described in the privacy and cookies notices. We do not attach a newsletter to the cookie banner or to this form.

What timezone do you work in?

Asia/Singapore. Studio hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. We plan APAC campaigns from this clock unless a written launch plan says a market needs a local window. Replies to the form, phone and email aim for one business day inside those hours. If you write on Friday evening, Monday morning is the first working slot.

What should we bring to a first meeting?

The messy brief is welcome: current site, last campaign, a deck that has been rewritten too often, a product date. If you already have a brand narrative, bring it. If you only have a feeling that the story arc has drifted, say that. We will name an engagement track from what we hear. Think big — plan careful; the first hour is for listening, then for a print mark — a recommended way of working.

Can we visit the Robinson Road studio?

Yes, by appointment. Think Big Marketing Pte. Ltd., 77 Robinson Road, #32-05, Singapore 068896. Call +65 6417 9260 or write to hello@thinkbigmarketing.pro. The briefing room is a table and a wall. We will put the campaign architecture where you can walk up to it.

Engagements cover marketing and communications craft: brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning. The intended result is clearer positioning and more coherent campaigns. Specific lead volumes, sales outcomes, rankings, follower growth or advertising performance are outside the scope of what we can promise. The client retains responsibility for marketing decisions. The relationship is a professional services engagement, not an investment product and not financial advice.
