Engagements · six ways of working

Pick an engagement track. Then we print the plan.

Think Big Marketing is a Singapore marketing studio. Engagement models here are professional service relationships — a sprint, a project, a partnership, a retainer, advisory, or a one-off diagnostic. They are not courses and not software licences. Each track names a way of working. Commercial figures stay in the proposal, after we have heard the work.

The Robinson Road studio keeps SGT working hours. Regional scale-ups and Singapore corporates use these tracks to hold a brand narrative, a campaign architecture and a channel mix without inventing a new process every quarter. Think big — plan careful. The print mark of an engagement is a document the organisation can run.

01 · Sprint

Brand Strategy Sprint

A defined window to settle positioning, story arc and message hierarchy. We start with discovery interviews, then a positioning framework the leadership team can say without a slide. The story arc names what comes first, what waits, and what the brand never claims. Message hierarchy puts proof under claim so sales, product and communications stop writing three different sentences. You leave with a written brand narrative and a short working session to test it in the room. Built for founders who need a shared language before a launch plan. Brand made by hand, on a clock.

02 · Project

Campaign Architecture Project

One launch or one seasonal window. We take the brief, write the framework, set the channel mix and hold creative direction so every surface answers the same idea. Campaign architecture is the sequence: who we speak to, in what order, on which owned and paid places, with what proof. Audience segmentation sits beside the editorial calendar so the story arc does not collapse into a burst of unconnected posts. The Robinson Road studio treats this as a professional services studio project with a start, a review cadence and a close. Shipped, not shouted.

03 · Partnership

Launch Plan Partnership

A go-to-market narrative and sequence for a product or service moment. We write the launch plan as a story the organisation can actually run: internal brief, external claim, channel mix, creative direction, and the order of proof. Integrated communications means the site, the deck, the email and the event script share one brand system. City-state market timing matters; we plan in SGT and flag APAC campaigns that need a second language or a second city without splitting the idea. You get a sequence, owners, and a freeze date. Plan first.

04 · Retainer

Marketing Retainer

Ongoing campaign stewardship with a monthly working cadence. The retainer is for teams who already have a positioning framework and need a studio to keep the campaign architecture honest as the market moves. We sit with the editorial calendar, the channel mix and the brand narrative, and we make the next month's work make sense. SGT working hours, a named engagement track, a written agenda. Singapore corporates and regional scale-ups use this when the in-house bench is thin and the work still has to look like one organisation. Stewardship, not a dumping ground.

05 · Advisory

Creative Direction Advisory

Visual and verbal direction across owned channels. We set the print mark: type, tone, image rules, and the sentences that may not be rewritten by committee. Creative direction here is a set of decisions recorded in a short brand system the design and content teams can follow. We review work in progress, mark drift, and keep the story arc intact when a new product line wants its own voice. Advisory hours are booked; we do not live in your tools. The Tanjong Pagar corridor studio is a place to look at work, not a production house that absorbs every file.

06 · Diagnostic

Audience & Message Diagnostic

A one-off review of who the work is for, and what to say to them. We read the current site, decks and campaigns, then return a written note on audience segmentation, message hierarchy and the gaps in the brand narrative. No theatre. A diagnostic is useful before a sprint or a campaign architecture project, when the organisation can feel the drift but cannot name it. You receive a short document, a conversation, and a recommended engagement track. The city-state market is small; mixed messages travel. We say so, plainly.

On the wall

Campaign boards before calendars.

Every engagement track starts with a board: claims, proof, audiences, channels. We would rather argue over a wall than over a finished file. The CBD is loud; the press room is quiet. That is the point of a professional services studio on Robinson Road.

Bring the messy brief. We will name the engagement models that fit, then we will plan. Start a conversation when you are ready.

Launch room

Sequence is a kindness.

A launch plan is a story with dates. We map the internal read-out, the first public line, and the follow-through so APAC campaigns do not collide with a Singapore public holiday or a quiet week in the diary. Engagement models exist so this work has a container.

After hours in the press room.

Some of the clearest work happens when the CBD empties. We keep a tidy close: notes issued, next steps dated, no theatre. Call or write if an engagement track looks like yours.

The studio offers professional marketing and communications — brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning. The work is built so positioning is clearer and campaigns hold together. We do not undertake to deliver set lead volumes, sales outcomes, rankings, follower growth or advertising performance. Decisions about the market remain the client's. An engagement with us is a professional services relationship, not an investment product and not financial advice.
